What is the cost per square foot to build a home?

Our homes range from $175 to $350 per square foot. Cost depends enormously on your product selections. Even the most affordable building materials can build beautiful homes. We’re certain we can help you find great materials for your budget. You’ll always know what the running total of your construction project is thanks to our mobile app. With the app, we can instantly add any new requests to your project and allow you to sign off on them.

How long does it take to build a house?

Construction usually takes 3-5 months after the date we receive all building permits. Your build time will depend on the size of your home, the details and finishing details you want to be included (like custom stone or tilework as opposed to linoleum), your location, and the weather.

What construction warranties do you offer?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all workmanship. The warranty starts on the date of your final homeowner walkthrough. In addition, many manufacturers offer warranties on building materials like flooring, siding, roofing, windows, and appliances. These warranties can stretch decades, and in many cases are fully transferable to the next homeowner! Most manufacturers stipulate that their products must be installed by licensed contractors for their warranties, so we only work with licensed installers in order to protect your product’s warranties.

How does your construction company select contractors?

We have a rigorous subcontractor vetting process. For every subcontractor, we collect a minimum of 3 references of past work they’ve completed of similar scope. We call all references in order to confirm the subcontractor’s record of completing jobs on time, meeting quality standards, and maintaining price competitiveness.
